CBSE class 10 Assessment Pattern expected to be followed

Since the CBSE is yet to release the complete pattern for the assessment of the class 10 students this year it is expected that the board will follow the assessment pattern based on the new NEP focussing on assessing the students based on their skills. This assessment pattern was launched earlier by the union education minister as a new Assessment Framework for Science, Maths, and English classes under the CBSE competency-Based Education Project.

New Assessment Framework

As per the assessment framework 40 Assessment designers, 180 test item writers, and 360 monster trainer mentors will be trained to use the framework to create model question banks and collection of lesson plans. As per earlier reports, the new framework will be implemented for the students from classes 6 to 10. The new assessment framework aims at replacing the existing learning model with a competency-based framework as per the new NEP 2020.

Students who were to appear for the CBSE board class 10 examinations are advised to visit the official website of the board to check the complete details related to the assessment of the students.
