RBSE 10th and 12th Board Exam 2021: The Rajasthan government will be holding a cabinet meeting to take a final decision on RBSE Class 10, 12 board exam 2021 today. The decision came after the cancellation of ICSE and CBSE board examinations. Following the announcement, Rajasthan Education Minister Govind Singh Dotasra tweeted, “Final decision regarding board examinations will be taken in the cabinet meeting on Wednesday after a discussion with Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot ji.

It must be noted that, the Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan is yet to take the final decision on RBSE class 10, 12 board exams 2021. Earlier, Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot postponed the Rajasthan board 10th, 12th exams due to the increase in COVID-19 cases in the state. As of now, the final decision regarding the Rajasthan board exam date 2021 is awaited.

Previous Meetings

Rajasthan Education Minister Govind Singh Dotasra has repeatedly indicated that the examination will take place. Earlier, in the high-level meeting, the Rajasthan Board has also appeared in favour of conducting the examinations. He also said, “We cannot comment when we can conduct the exams. For Class 12 students, his/her future depends on the boards. We cannot cancel them, but can look at the situation and hold the exam later. The pandemic is severe at present in the nation so it is not possible to comment on anything.”

Meanwhile, students are continuously requesting to cancel the RBSE 10, 12 board exams. Students are using hashtags like #CANCEL_RBSE_BOARD_EXAMS and #promote_rbse_students, which are trending on social media platforms.

CBSE Class 12th Board Exams Cancelled

Reviewing the COVID situation and the growing demand of students, the Central government on Tuesday decided to cancel the CBSE Class 12 board exams. The decision to cancel the class 12 Board exams 2021 was taken at a high-level meeting chaired by PM Modi. It has been decided that the CBSE will take steps to compile the results of Class 12 students as per well-defined objective criteria in a time-bound manner.
