CBSE 10th and 12th Result 2021: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has launched a dedicated Helpdesk to assist schools in computation of marks for internal assessment for preparation of CBSE 10th Result 2021 and CBSE 12th Result 2021. The Result Committees of different schools can reach out the helpdesk to resolve any queries or concerns around preparation of Result data. To seek any clarification or help from the helpdesk, school result committee members can send in their queries via Email or through Telephone. According to the details shared by the CBSE, the helpline will be available to the School result committees on all working days from 9:30 AM to 5 PM.
Result Data To be Processed by Schools
Earlier in the month, the CBSE announced the evaluation criteria and marking policy for the Class 10 and 12 Results on the basis of which students’ results would be prepared following cancellation of the Board Exams. According to the evaluation policy announced, the Board plans to use marks of previous classes as well as internal assessment for the preparation of the results. The CBSE 10th and 12th Result 2021 evaluation formula takes into account 30:30:40 Formula. In line with this, schools have been asked to compute the marks according to the evaluation formula and submit the same on the dedicated portal created by the board. To help school committees in processing and computing of the result data the board has launched a helpdesk.
How to Reach out to CBSE Result Helpdesk?
In the official communication issued to all School Principals, the CBSE Board has mentioned that School Result Committees can reach out to the helpdesk via Email or through Phone. Concerned stateholders can send in their queries of Result Marks Computation Process inn an Email by mentioning the school name, school number, and city. For Class 10 Result related queries, the questions need to be sent to [email protected] while Class 12 Result related questions can be send to [email protected]. School Result Committee have also been advised to attach relevant screenshots about their query in the email to explain it better.
