The Flash Season 8 Episode 5: Can Flash Outpace Armageddon?: Release date for The Flash Season 8 Episode 5 has been finally announced together with some predictions and where you can watch it online in USA and Canada.
The five-part Armageddon crossover event of The Flash, set in the CW’s well-established, Superhero universe, The Arrowverse is heading into an exciting finish for The Flash and his team, as the threat of The Reverse-Flash still looms large on Team Flash.
The Arrowverse first started in 2012 with the advent of the hit show Arrow, which has always promised big and delivered most of the time on the major crossover events that take place within the large plethora of DC shows on the CW roster.
The five-part Armageddon event that started from the first episode of the eighth season of The Flash will be the last episode of the eighth season before they take a break for the holidays.
The event has so far lived up to its title, as the flash and team try to avoid an Armageddon event that was caused by The Flash, ten years in the future.
We also recommend checking our articles on Encanto and House of Gucci while we wait for the flash episode to be released.

Potential Spoilers for The Flash S8E5:
This is the final episode for the crossover event, Armageddon and fans can expect an ending that has the caliber to change the course of the show. What does this mean?
We can see in the promo that Barry is wrestling with the idea of potentially having to end the Reverse-Flash, the man who has been terrorizing Barry since even before he became The Flash.
The Flash Season 8 Episode 5 could be the end of Eobard Thawne once and for all.
How would this work? No other villain has ever come close to matching The Reverse Flash and he has been the central adversary to Barry’s story for a long time now. It will be interesting to see how the showrunners handle this situation as it will not be easy.
Is the Armageddon over?
You didn’t think Armageddon would actually end without a blast, did you? Neither does Despero.
The penultimate episode ends with Barry seemingly setting the timeline back to normal, saving Joe West and reuniting with his wife and Team on a happy note but it seems that Eobard Thawne, The Reverse Flash is not going to let things end so easily for Barry.
In the promo for episode 6, we see that Despero refuses to believe that Armageddon had been averted by Barry and could still be after Barry’s blood as he believes that Barry is still very much a threat.
Just as in all the other episodes so far, we can expect to see characters from other shows pop up in the final episode as Barry gears up to face his ultimate foe once again.
Mia Queen means business
Mia Queen is expected to show up from the future looking to save someone close to her.
Showing not just her father’s skill with the bow and with her fists, she is expected to be just as tenacious and determined and will probably not leave without achieving her goal.
So we can expect her to work hand in hand with The Flash and help each other in their respective quests as her Father, Oliver Queen had done in the past.
We see a bit of her more aggressive approach to crime-fighting as we see in the promo. She is urging Barry to “give him what he deserves”, which would be to destroy Eobard Thawne once and for all.
Now we know that Eobard has hurt Barry the most among any of the other villains who have shown up in The Flash so far and has been a thorn in his side from the very first season.
We can then expect to see Barry struggle back and forth with the idea of ending The reverse Flash once and for all, with the support of Mia Queen.
