CLAT 2021 Exam Postponed: As per the latest update, the Consortium of National Law Universities has decided to postpone the CLAT 2021 Law entrance exam in the light of the COVID-19 pandemic. Earlier, the law entrance exam was scheduled to be held on 13th June 2021, but now it stands postponed. In addition to this, the CLAT 2021 application deadline has also been extended until 15th June. Official Circular Released
With rumours and speculations about CLAT 2021 exam rampant, the exam authority i.e. Consortium of National Law Universities has released an official circular to confirm the development. The circular reads “The Executive Committee of the Consortium of National Law Universities met on May 15, 2021. After reviewing the surge of COVID-19 pandemic in the country and keeping in view of health and safety of all stakeholders of CLAT, the Committee resolved that:
The CLAT-2021 scheduled to be held on June 13, 2021 stands postponed. New date of the Test will be notified in due course.
Further, the last date for submission of online application has been extended to June 15, 2021.”
