ICSI CS Exam 2021: The Institute of Companies Secretaries of India (ICSI) will give the students an extra attempt for the last exams of the CS Executive and Professional courses. The students of the old syllabus of CS Executive and Professional courses who will not be able to appear for the upcoming exams from 10th to 20th August 2021, due to reasons correlated with COVID-19 will get another opportunity in December to appear for the exams.
The institute took to Twitter to announce this. It said: “ICSI Relief for CS students..1 more attempt i.e. Dec, 2021 Exams, allowed for last exams of both Executive, Professional Programme Old Syllabus.”
ICSI CA Exam Dates 2021
The Institute of Companies Secretaries of India (ICSI) has released the revised schedule for CS June 2021 exam. The Institute, on 4th May, had notified that the CS June exams were postponed. The council has released the exam schedule for the Foundation programme, Executive and Professional programme. Later in an announcement, ICSI stated, “It is hereby announced that the CS Examinations for Foundation Programme, Executive Programme (Old and New Syllabus) and Professional Programme (Old and New Syllabus) will now be held from August 10, 2021, to August 20, 2021.”
ICAI President’s Important Message For Students
Earlier, CA Nihar N. Jambusaria, President, ICAI has shared a message for the students, assuring them the CA exam will be held in July by following all the COVID-19 guidelines. However, in case the pandemic situation does not improve, the July CA exam may be postponed. In the new video shared by the Institute, ICAI President on Twitter assured the students that the exams will be conducted by following the guidelines and SOPs. He has further said that in case the situation is not conducive to conduct the exams in July due to the COVID19 pandemic, the exam committee will take the necessary decision and may postpone the exams as well.
