JAC 10th and 12th Exam 2021 Cancelled: After postponing the Board Exams multiple times, the Jharkhand State Government has decided to cancel the JAC 10th and 12th Exams 2021 for Matric and Intermediate Students in the wake of the COVID-19 situation. The news about Jharkhand Class 10 and 12 Exams 2021 cancellation was announced by Chief Minister Hemant Soren on 10th June 2021.
The announcement was received with loud cheers by several students and parents who were eagerly awaiting a final decision on the cancellation of Jharkhand 10th and 12th Exam 2021 after several state boards and even CBSE and CISCE Boards decided to cancel the Class 10 and 12 Exams due to the pandemic.

In a tweet sent out from this official account, Mr Soren noted that “Today, in view of the circumstances arising out of Covid-19 and the demand of students and parents, I have decided to cancel the Class 10th and 12 board examination to be conducted by Jharkhand Examination Council for this session.”
Evaluation Criteria Expected Soon
Now that the Jharkhand Matric and Intermediate Exams 2021 have been cancelled by the board, now the wait begins for students for the evaluation criteria on the basis of which they will be assessed. As of now, the Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC) has not announced any alternative assessment method or marking policy for Matric and Inter Results 2021.
