Rajasthan 10th and 12th Result 2021 Evaluation Criteria Announced: Finally, ending the long wait, the Rajasthan State Government has announced the evaluation criteria and marking policy for preparation of RBSE 10th and 12th Result 2021. As per the result formula announced by Rajasthan Education Minister Govind Singh Dotasra, students’ results will be prepared using their performance in the past two years. The evaluation criteria announced today will be used to compile the Rajasthan 10th Result 2021 for Secondary and RBSE 12th Result 2021 for Senior Secondary students, after the Board Exams were cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
RBSE Board Result 2021 – Evaluation Criteria Explained
According to the details shared by Education Minister, the Rajasthan Board 10th and 12th Result 2021 will be compiled on the basis of students’ performance in the last two years. The evaluation criteira has been prepared by the expert committee based on suggestions and opinions shared by several stakeholders.
Rajasthan 10th Result 2021 Evaluation Criteria
The evaluation criteria dictates Rajasthan Board Class 10 Result 2021 will be based on results of exams held in Class 8 and Class 9, and Class 10. In terms of exam-wise breakup of weight of the score, 45% weightage will be given to the final exam of Class 8, 25 per cent weightage will be given to Class 9 final exam, and 10 per cent will be from Class 10. The final 10% marks for Class 10 Results will be awarded by the students as per their own internal assessment criteria.
RBSE 12th Result 2021 Marking Scheme
On similar lines, for Class 12 results of Rajasthan Board, the 45% weight will be given to Class 10 final exam, 20 per cent to Class 11 final exam, and for Class 12, the percentage of weighting will be 20 per cent, which will be decided by schools.
Marks of Practical Exams To be Considered
According to the details shared by the School Education Department, the most of the schools were able to conduct practical exams and have already submitted marks. Schools that are yet to conduct practical sessions will hold those online or offline, after permission from the home and health departments.
Result Likely in 45 Days
With the evaluation criteria announced for RBSE 10th and 12th Result 2021, the state board will commence the collection and processing of result data as part of the result preparation process. The process is likely to be completed in about a month’s time following which all the data would be verified before preparation of final result scorecards. Tentatively, RBSE Rajasthan 10th Result 2021 and Rajasthan RBSE 12th Result 2021 is likely to be declared in next 45 days.
To provide a fair chance, the board also plans to hold optional exams for students who are not satisfied with the results prepared on the basis of evaluation criteria. Such students would be able to appear for optional exams later on once the situation improves. For candidates who take the optional exam, their performance in that exam will be considered final, it added.
